Welcome to Driag Knives.  Driag  (Pronounced dry -ugh) is Welsh for Dragon, a nod to my Heritage.

At Driag Knives, I specialize in crafting high-quality, custom knives designed for both the kitchen and the outdoors. I enjoy using traditional craftsmanship with modern techniques to create knives.

Blades are forged from premium materials including San Mai, Damascus, carbon, and stainless steels, all precisely hardened and tempered for outstanding performance. Choose full or hidden tang construction, finished with beautifully balanced handles in wood, horn, or modern materials.
