1. Introduction

Welcome to Driag Knives. By placing an order or clicking Buy Now, you agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy outlined on this page. We operate in accordance with UK law, including the Offensive Weapons Act 2019, UK GDPR, and the Data Protection Act 2018.

2. Legal Age & Address Verification

Before any knife can be dispatched to a UK address, we are legally required to obtain:

  • Proof of age (passport or driving licence)

  • Proof of address (utility bill)

These documents must be provided before your order can be shipped. They are stored securely with your order for compliance purposes.

Once verification is complete, your knife will be shipped via Royal Mail and will require a signature upon delivery.

If you refuse to provide proof of age or address, your order will be cancelled and refunded minus 20% to cover relisting and administrative work.

3. Product Use & Liability

By purchasing from Driag Knives, you agree to use all products safely and legally.

We accept no responsibility for:

  • Injuries caused by misuse or user error

  • Damage caused by improper handling

  • Any unlawful use of the tool

We do not condone or support illegal activity involving knives or bladed tools.

4. Quality Issues & Fault Investigation

If you believe your product has a manufacturing fault, please contact us. You may be asked to provide clear photographs of the issue.

If the fault is genuine, we will work with you to reach a fair resolution.

We do not accept responsibility for:

  • Items damaged through misuse

  • Knives that have rusted due to neglect or improper care

5. Commissioned Projects

Commissioned or custom-made projects cannot be cancelled once you have given approval to begin.

A non-refundable deposit is required before any commissioned work starts.

7. Illegal Items

Driag Knives will not sell illegal items under any circumstances.
